2024 Annual Meeting: A Little Bit of Business and A Lot of Fun

The annual business meeting, held on December 5 at The Steam Plant, was both informative and fun.  Attendees enjoyed beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and camaraderie with fellow DRMA members.

120+ attendees from member companies heard an overview of the 2024 accomplishments with a peek of what’s to come in 2025 and a review of ballot items, including the 2025 budget and ratification of new board members.

24 Manufacturer and Affiliate members submitted ballots during the voting period.  We thank those members who voted and encourage those who did not to participate in future elections.  The results are . . .

  • Ratification of Mike Nemeth (Elliot Tool Technologies) and Chuck Dryer (Industrial Tube and Steel) to serve on the Board of Trustees – approved

  • 2025 budget – approved

Outgoing trustee Patty Breig (retired from National Oilwell Varco) was recognized and thanked for her service and dedication to the Association.

Incoming board candidates were introduced Mike Nemeth (Elliot Tool Technologies) and Chuck Dryer (Industrial Tube and Steel).

New Honorary members were announced, in recognition of their outstanding service to both the Association and the industry:  Don Clouser (retired from Champion Companies) and Jerry Kronenberger (retired from Dayton Supply and Tool Company).

Among the attendees was a huge group of current and past trustees who are greatly appreciated for their leadership in making DRMA one of the very best regional manufacturing trade associations in the entire country!
